Mukul Kumar Das is an accomplished business professional with over twenty-five years of expertise in Consulting, Technology Business Management, Large Program Management, and Team Leadership. He comes with a plethora of skills that include Process and Technology Consulting, Business Process Re-Engineering, Policy Formulation, Project Delivery, Quality Management, and Change Management. He worked across various sectors such as Public Sector, Government, and Private Enterprises, with notable proficiency in industries like Manufacturing, Retail, Banking, Transportation, Consumer Goods, and Information Technology.
Throughout his career, he worked in different leadership roles in reputable organizations such as Wipro Limited, and Oracle India Pvt. Ltd, Larsen & Toubro, and the National Institute for Smart Government.
He brings a unique blend of cross-functional knowledge and expertise garnered through extensive hands-on work experiences across functions and different segments and by training in Engineering, Business Management, Business Law, and Consulting.
With a proven track record in leading successful strategy, technology and skilling projects, adept at providing strategic guidance, driving innovation, and delivering impactful solutions, Amlan has over 18 years of experience in delivering successful IT and eGov projects for public and private sector clients across India and abroad.
His core competencies include envisioning strategic IT roadmap, IoT/ ICT for Smart Cities, driving change, infusing new ideas, enhancing processes, and advising clients on emerging technologies. He has worked in the delivery of large-scale projects in the public sector in India like Smart Cities, CCTNS, eDistrict MMP, and also in international corporate entrepreneurship / new business development projects in Denmark and Thailand.
He has vast experience in business development and sales roles in both public and private sector, and has been instrumental in significant growth of business and penetration in unserved / underserved markets in his earlier engagements
