Dhrubajyoti is currently working as a freelancer consultant in IT infrastructure management services, IT Service Management & IT Security Audits, LEAN, Kanban Maturity Model, etc. Since the last 27 years, Dhrubajyoti has worked mostly in Wipro Limited and CMS Computers. He has handled India and Global customers and has managed large Programs.
Dhrubajyoti has worked in Program management, Service Delivery, Service and Quality Assurance. He has the expertise in IT Security Audits, IT Service Management Audits like ISO and CMMi.
During his stint in corporates, he has managed Cross Functional Services, Customer Relationship Management, Multi-Vendor Support, Non-linearity Drive, Partner relationship Management and Data Centre Services. During his tenure in Wipro, he has managed to renew customers year-on-year and repeatedly achieved Gross Margin targets. He has been appreciated and awarded for achieving highest NET Promoter Score in customer satisfaction survey driven by external agency.
Dhrubajyoti was identified as a Leader to participate in external competition and helped Wipro to bag Gold Award in D.L.SHAH competition in 2019, conducted by Quality Council of India. He was also identified as best Quality Champions in the organization.
Dhrubajyoti hold graduate degree in Science and as Diploma in Electrical Engineering. Dhrubajyoti is engaged in various Social activities, child education, creative writing as a part of Society Social contribution.

Mukesh Sharma is an engineer in electronics & communication from Delhi University, India and has 26 years of experience in leadership roles in the IT services industry. He received his Coach training from International Coach Academy (ICA), Australia and Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential from ICF (International Coach Federation), USA. He is also a certified DiSC trainer. He is part of the leadership team of ICF Bengaluru chapter. He is currently pursuing his Master Coach Certification.
